I like to write code and know how to write good one. Know when DB should be denormalized and when there is need to add another quick layer like Redis or Memcache. Remember that every data which comes from user should be checked. Twice. Can't work without version control system and always comment my code. Enjoy implementing non-trivial tasks and refactor spaghetti code. What can be better than spending days and weeks trying to make friends with google to find any possible hidden hint for issues without simple solution?
